Service fees are fixed. Travel is calculated from Huoli Building B in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou and confirmed before payment.
Available once per customer and related entities. One visit, two staff, up to four on-site hours, 20+ usable photos, 5+ videos, communication and checks, and an English report within one business day. After payment is confirmed, client-initiated cancellation is non-refundable. REYVON-caused non-performance, legally required refunds, and separately agreed written exceptions remain available.
Purchase whenever needed. The same visit standard applies: two staff, up to four on-site hours, evidence, issue follow-up, and an English report within one business day.
Four standard visits per monthly service period, plus up to five remote tickets and no more than 24 total remote labor hours. The first response to a remote ticket is within 24 business hours. Unused visits and support do not roll over.
Start the monthly plan within 30 calendar days after a qualifying first visit and the full $199 may be credited once toward month one, reducing that payment to $1,000. REYVON verifies eligibility, completion date, and payment history; credits cannot be stacked.
Four standard visits cost $1,436. Monthly Support costs $1,199—a $237 saving, approximately 16.5%—and adds bounded remote support. Remote tickets remain subject to both the five-ticket and 24-labor-hour limits.
Cycles use the written start time in Asia/Shanghai. At least 24 hours before start: 100% of the amount actually paid. Less than 24 hours before start: 50%. Within 7 calendar days after start and no more than one completed visit: 50%. After day 7 or after two completed visits: no voluntary refund. A credited first month paid at $1,000 yields a $500 half refund when eligible. Travel is handled under its separately disclosed rules.

Submit a request first. After reviewing scope, timing, and travel, REYVON emails the final quote, applicable refund terms, service conditions, and a Stripe payment link. A form submission is not an order or payment. Service is confirmed only after REYVON verifies payment.
